The Opportunity:

Our Global Marketing Department is looking for a Mediterranean Marketing Associate focused on the Italian, Spanish and French markets to join our team in London. Reporting directly to the Marketing Team Lead, you will work with other international marketers in addition to a variety of internal departments and outside agencies. As a Mediterranean Marketing Associate, you will manage daily operational tasks, including building and monitoring marketing campaigns and performance.

The Day-to-Day:

• Support Country Marketing Teams to develop and complete marketing campaigns in both Digital and Traditional marketing channels to achieve all essential metric goals, including lead generation volume, quality, and cost targets

• Work with the International Digital Media Team to localize, analyze and improve campaigns daily by using data

• Manage operational tasks, such as, reporting, JIRA tickets, contracts coordination, GDPR requests, creative testing, supporting campaign set up, manage Social Media comments, etc.

• Collaborate with the in-house marketing agency, fishtank, to support creative development in the Mediterranean countries

• Support competitor & market research to ensure local social and political trends are incorporated into marketing campaigns and evaluate new opportunities

• Collaborate with the Content team to create a relevant range of marketing offers and content

• Manage reputational risk by following established P&Ps and GDPR requirements

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ years digital marketing experience; preferably in performance marketing

• University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

• Fluent in Italian, Spanish or French; preferably Italian

• Experience analysing campaign performance

• Local knowledge of Mediterranean media landscapes
