    The Talent Acquisition Associate is the initial point of contact for all of our candidates. You will get to be the driving force behind our hiring efforts by working directly with Recruiters to facilitate interviews, coordinate with hiring managers across the company, and gain exposure by driving new and unique projects!

    • Prioritise self development by frequently seeking feedback
    • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities


    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); including the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the firm
    • Action-oriented and strong drive for results
    • Needs to handle ambiguity well
    • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability
    • Highly organised with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
