  • Overview

    As a Materials Production Associate, you’ll help drive our global sales and service efforts by preparing all marketing materials produced by the Institutional Group. So, what exactly are the “materials” we create? It can range from a finals presentation to a Japanese prospect highlighting our investment process, strategies and market outlook to a portfolio review for an existing client in Denmark to a custom presentation for executive management. Our role involves creative development and hands-on tasks which further our efforts around the globe and accommodate regional/cultural differences of global clientele. This requires the regular updating of our materials as well as developing new ideas to improve the efficacy and scalability of the Institutional group’s marketing deliverables.

     

    The Day-to-Day: 

    • Effectively managing the complexities of servicing a global clientele that includes multiple subsidiaries, currencies and strategies
    • Maintaining current marketing materials, including product performance and characteristics across numerous Institutional strategies
    • Designing new material that helps our Relationship Managers in communicating the value of FI, a particular strategy or our current market outlook
    • Improving the quality and timeliness of deliverables by refining existing processes or developing new ones
    • Diligently ensuring error free deliverables by providing a high level of attention to detail
    • Working directly with Sales and Service Relationship Managers, Research, IPC members and executive management to develop specific prospect, consultant, client and internal presentations
    • Being an expert at what material is available and suggesting content that may reinforce the story the Relationship Managers are hoping to tell
    • Utilising graphic design software to ensure a high quality deliverable with visual appeal

     

    Qualifications:

    • Thrives in a detail oriented, high impact environment
    • Explores and appreciates the growing complexities in servicing global clientele and their needs
    • Is motivated by natural curiosity about the global markets and our strategies
    • Effectively manages their time and enjoys the challenge of dynamic priorities
    • Builds and utilises knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
    • Communicates well with internal customers both verbally and in writing
